Well then.
My original impression of this was “Remarkably dull and flaccid”.
I have changed my opinion on this album a little. I guess I was in a pretty blasé mood when I first heard this.
I am not currently in a blasé mood, and have given this a full listen. It’s not dull, it’s not flaccid. But, it doesn’t touch my soul. Perhaps the word I’m looking for is “understated”.
Or maybe “boring”.
